Today I ran 6 miles. Most of it was at the track. First JoJo, My Dad and I ran a mile on the Little boy course(An out and back course in front of our house) in 7:26. Then I ran a little more than a mile to the track in 8:16. After that, I helped pace William in the mile in an attempt to break the 9 & under family record. Which is 5:47(Actually set by me). It was windy and it just wasn't his day, He ended up with 5:58. Then I ran a mile with Julia and Stevie in 6:55. Stevie actually ran 6:44.9. His record is 6:29. After that, I ran a 4X100 workout with a 300 meter recovery. In the first 100, My dad and I were slow. We ran 15.4. I felt like I had another gear but also like I couldn't find it. Then in the second 100, I found the gear and ran 14.9 and my Dad ran 15.1. Then I really was able to get moving and I ran 14.72, Which is a PR by 0.15. Afterward, I jogged nice and easy home a mile.
